Bonnie Evans
Originally from Miami and the Florida Keyes, I moved to Winterville (suburb of Athens Georgia) in 1986 to be closer to my grandmother Mary Cauthen who passed away in 2005 at the age of 107. I was her caregiver during her final years. She had a gift of positive thinking, never give up attitude, (she drove until she was 100!) and the value of hard work. Spending time with her, sitting in her favorite rocker on our front porch are some of my fondest memories. Home, family, and community are what LIFE IS ALL ABOUT. I am the proud mother of two grown sons. I have always loved all aspects of keeping a home. From finding that perfect paint color to changing furniture placement for a fresh new look. This sparked my cottage decorating business in 1994. Still, in my heart I wanted to branch out to help people find that perfect home and in 2004 I started selling real estate. Several family members have been in real estate for several years. My Uncle Robert (R.L.) Cauthen was an agent for 55 years and the 1962-1963 President of the Athens Board of Realtors. From finding the perfect home, the perfect loan, and all the way through to closing, I’ll serve you every step of the way. Look forward to meeting you!
