Janis Ellis

 Janis is a licensed REALTOR® specializing in residential real estate.  She holds over twenty-five years of management experience in sales, customer service and residential-rental administration.  Her professional approach coupled with her enthusiasm and commitment to customer service excellence is her hallmark.  She is currently a member of the Madison Chamber of Commerce, Athens Areas Association of Realtors and has served a two-year term as Loaned Executive for United Way.  She is also currently the 2007 President for the Athens Chapter of Women’s Council of Realtors.  She received Rookie of the Year in 2002 from her piers, New Face of the Year 2003 from the Athens Area Association of Realtors and is a Life Member of the Million Dollar Club.  Janis has achieved her GRI and ABR designations.  A resident of Madison County (Athens Georgia suburb) for 10 years and previously resided in Walton County for 22 years.  Janis embraces the simple principal that the more you give your clients or customers, the more you receive In return.  Janis’ favorite hobbies are traveling and gardening.  Life is good in Madison County with her husband Steve and Holly their Silky Terrier that fills their empty nest.  If anyone can, JAN CAN!
