Teri Evans Realtor - Real Estate Athens Georgia A native of Hart County, Georgia, Teri Evans has resided in Athens since 1996. She obtained her Bachelors of Business Administration degree in 2001 from the University of Georgia’s Real Estate program, which has consistently been ranked in the top five programs in the nation.

She also brings several years of real estate experience. Working as a broker’s assistant from 1996 to 1999, she gained a solid understanding of real estate transactions. She was first licensed in 1999 and sold Lake Hartwell property in Georgia and South Carolina. Teri has extensive sales management, marketing, and customer service experience with several Fortune 500 companies and understands the importance of exceptional professional service.

Bolstered by her academic background in real estate and solid experience in retail and real estate sales, Teri devotes herself to a high level of service and is committed to walking and guiding her clients in every step of the real estate process.
