Bruce Hendley Realtor Originally from Americus Ga., I moved to Albany Georgia in 1987 to work for the Ivan Allen Company.  I worked in the office supply industry for 15 years which gave me both management and sales skills that would greatly contribute to my future endeavors. After a long career in that industry, I finally decided to pursue a lifelong dream of opening and owning a restaurant.  That dream was realized in Albany Georgia in 2002 with the opening of Third Base Sports Café.  It brought a tremendous amount of pride to be able to accomplish the dream of starting and building a business from scratch. The long hours and 7 day work weeks were something that I had not taken into consideration. So in 2003, my wife and I sold the restaurant and moved to the wonderful city of Athens.

We were very excited about coming to Athens and it has turned out to be the best move we have ever made. I began working in the real estate industry as soon as we arrived. After 3 years of incredible success, I decided to again pursue owning and operating my own business and form a real estate company. Hendley & Associates opened in 2007 and the growth has been tremendous. Our blueprint for success has been in the hiring and retention of successful agents who are total professionals, have a positive attitude and are genuinely concerned about their customers.
